Summary

add a colour-blind friendly palette and nextColour index tracking
allow each Objective to store its colour
show a colour input next to the objective name
colour points in charts and keep colours when saving/loading CSV

Testing

npm run lint (fails: biome not found)
npm run tsc (fails: could not download types)
